This boutique property offering fewer than 80 rooms in Southern California seeks a hands-on Assistant General Manager with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or as director of operations.

The AGM will work closely with the hotel’s general manager in:

Overseeing hotel operations
Ensuring overall guest satisfaction and compliance with brand standards
Maintaining financial records and achieving profit targets
Overseeing and planning work schedules for teams
Meeting and greeting customers, handling complaints, and troubleshooting
Dealing with contractors and suppliers
Performing various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives
