A prestigious hotel located in central Manhattan and part of a renowned international hotel chain is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Front Office. This key leadership role will oversee Front Desk operations, Guest Services, Bell Staff, and the Revenue Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Qualifications:
2–4 years of proven leadership experience in similar roles within the hospitality industry.
Experience working in a unionized environment is highly desirable.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be a proactive, hands-on manager with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
Requirements:
This position reports to the Director of Operations.

Candidates must have legal US residency or citizenship.
