This iconic Miami hotel is looking for an Executive Pastry Chef.
Responsible to oversee the complete pastry operations of the hotel in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability in an atmosphere of high employee morale.
This position requires an experienced pastry chef who can produce high-volume and high-end pastry and bakery products.
Previous experience working in an unionized environment is an advantage.
