A super luxury boutique hotel group is looking for a DOO for its resort in one of the poshest Caribbean islands. Currently at first time post as DOO or EAM with at least 2 years experience in luxury resorts.
Previous experience in F&B/banquet/catering in a boutique setting, ideally with strong beverage management (mixology).
Capable to formulate campaigns for F&B outlets as needed. Excellent presentation and communication skills with hands-on management style required.

Some experience in Caribbean & SE Asia will be beneficial.

Full single expat package with housing on the property is offered. Starting salary is USD 72,000 with 30% bonus + incentives
