Key Requirements:
Solid experience in luxury hotel operations, ideally within an internationally recognized hotel group.
Strong leadership, team development, and operational management skills.
Excellent understanding of financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
A passion for guest experience and service excellence.
Strong Food & Beverage experience is a significant advantage.
