Nous recherchons un(e) Assistant(e) Gouvernant(e) Général(e) au Maroc pour un palace 5 étoiles emblématique et de renommée internationale.
Hotel de 120 chambres, 60 suites et 5 Riads, et s’appuie sur une importante équipe de collaborateurs pour assurer un service d’excellence à une clientèle internationale exigeante.
Profil recherché :
Première expérience réussie à un poste similaire dans un hôtel haut de gamme ou de luxe.
Excellentes compétences en management et en organisation.
Sens du détail, du service et de la qualité.
Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (l'arabe est un atout).
Principales missions :
Assister la Gouvernante Générale dans la gestion quotidienne du service Housekeeping.
Superviser les équipes d'étage et garantir les standards de propreté et de qualité.
Participer à la formation, à l'encadrement et au suivi des collaborateurs.
Gérer les stocks, le linge, le Lost & Found et assurer un service irréprochable aux clients, notamment les VIP.

Pour un hôtel de luxe emblématique à Paris, appartenant à l’un des plus prestigieux groupes hôteliers internationaux, nous recherchons un(e) Directeur(trice) Hébergement.
Vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des opérations Hébergement (Réception, Conciergerie, Guest Relations, Housekeeping, Lingerie, Voiturier/Bagagerie), du management des équipes, de l’excellence opérationnelle, de la qualité de service et de la performance financière.
Le profil recherché dispose d’une solide expérience en hôtellerie de luxe, idéalement en tant que Directeur(trice) Hébergement ou Directeur(trice) des Opérations, d’excellentes compétences managériales et financières, ainsi qu’un anglais courant (une seconde langue étant un atout).

Vous pilotez la stratégie financière, le contrôle de gestion, le reporting, la conformité et l’optimisation de la performance de l’établissement.
Profil :
Minimum 5-10 ans d’expérience en finance, dont 3-5 ans en Direction Financière en hôtellerie de luxe
Solide expertise en budget, forecasting, reporting et contrôle des coûts
Forte capacité analytique et managériale
Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais professionnel
