A prestigious hotel located in Lac Leman region and part of a renowned international hotel chain is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources. This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy to support exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.
This strategic leadership role oversees all aspects of talent management, engagement, organisational development, and compliance, ensuring alignment with luxury brand standards and business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
Proven senior HR leadership in luxury hospitality or high-end service environments
Strong expertise in talent management, organisational development, and workforce planning
Experience with multicultural teams in complex environments
Solid understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience impact
Knowledge of HR compliance, employment law, and change management
Strong leadership, analytical skills, and financial acumen (HR/labour cost management)

Candidates must have EU or Swiss residency or citizenship.
