Director of Engineering

We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering on behalf of a prestigious luxury hotel in the Midwest of the United States.
The property features approximately 80 guest rooms and suites, set within an extensive private estate with landscaped grounds, swimming pool, a luxury spa, and exceptional guest amenities.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all engineering, maintenance, and facilities operations.
Ensure the proper functioning and upkeep of all hotel systems, infrastructure, and guest facilities.
Manage budgets, preventive maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
Lead and develop the Engineering and Maintenance team, ensuring the highest standards of safety and operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Director of Engineering or Chief Engineer within a luxury hotel or resort.
Strong technical and facilities management expertise.
Experience with extensive grounds, pools, and spa facilities is highly desirable.
Proven leadership, organizational, and financial management skills.
